We are looking for ARC members for the K4 sections.  ARC members review and approve exterior modification requests (EMR).  If you are interested in taking on this responsibility, please contact Bich or Maile at Crest management.  You must be a homeowner in one of the K4 sections (Gardens, Place, Enclave or Trails).  As an ARC member, you will receive EMR applications from Crest by email.  You must review them and submit your vote to approve or deny within a maximum of 2 weeks.  Your decision must be based on the recorded deed restrictions for these sections, the subsequent amendments, and other published guidelines.  These documents are all available to all residents on Crest's website.  Visit the Resources section for the link.
